Return Policy: 

Our thongs are final sale due to sanitary reasons.

We want you to love your purchase and we understand that sometimes you need to make a return.

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (including tags and packaging).
• Items must be free from stains, scents, or alterations.
• Final sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

How to Return:

1. Submit Return Request: Email us at castille.barry@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Wait for Approval: We will respond within 3 business days with confirmation & instructions. 
3. Ship Back: Return the item to the provided address (customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or defective. 
4. Receive your Refund/Exchange: One we receive your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
